This scraper blade works very well when used with a hackzall, not a sawzall, I snapped two of these at the neck very quickly when using a sawzall because the heat generated was too much for the blade to handle. A hackzall does not generate heat transfer to the blade like a sawzall does and this blade should really be used exclusively with the hackzall to remain durable. As a hackzall scraper, i highly recommend this blade.. but with a sawzall you run the risk of breaking it. Consider this blade a convenience tool for lighter work, not heavy duty.

Great idea in principle. Works great for short term scraping, but we attempted to pull up lino that had been glued to a concrete floor (argh!) and the blades kept breaking after using it for 20 to 30 minutes.

Removing a tile floor became a lot easier with this tool. Started to break up a tile floor with a hammer and chisel, what a pain, then remembered I had picked up this tool at Home Depot for my reciprocal saw. Wow, what a difference! Had the floor out in 10 minutes!
