The Milwaukee 9-Piece Bi-Metal General-Purpose HOLE DOZER Hole Saw Kit is engineered for longer life and faster cutting performance and is the Most Durable Hole Saw. The kit comes with 5 hole saw blades in 5 sizes: 1 in., 1-1/4 in., 1-1/2 in., 2 in. and 2-1/2 in. The hole saws feature RIP GUARD teeth built with more steel behind the cutting edge for added strength. The teeth give increased productivity on the job site and better hole quality. They are also backed by a limited lifetime tooth break warranty. Each HOLE DOZER is coated with a low friction, thermoset paint that provides a faster cutting speed in wood and more holes cut per battery charge. The hole saw kit comes with a Plug Jack featuring an all access slot design that allows for full access during plug removal. The Plug Jack enables access into the cup for both thick thin material removal, eliminating wasted downtime between holes. The Ax with Carbide Teeth, engineered to deliver long life in the toughest applications while being the fastest carbide-tipped reciprocating saw blades on the market. These new blades will deliver 30X longer life over standard bi-metal blades and 2X faster cutting than other carbide blades.

This tool is awesome. Milwaukee makes some of the durable long last tools. I’m not sure if it’s me or if I’m doing it wrong but these get really tight after using, you will have to get a couple of wrenches to loosen them.

Short of screwing the saw onto the mandrel the kit comes preassembled. Even the mystery washer is on the bushing. Look at the pictures. The pieces are sized to match and they only go together one way If in the correct order. Saws did a great job. Gave me a smooth finish with a fast cut. I’d place it in the heavy diy to light professional category. The case is a huge plus if you’re prone to misplacing things. :-)Out of curiosity I re-read the negative reviews before I wrote this one. You may want to note that most could be solved before use with a quick Google or YouTube search. The results listed indicated those hole saws had been misused/mistreated/misassembled or user had no understanding of how it attaches to a drill (I’m not exaggerating). Hole saws are completely safe if used as designed. Hire a professional if you won’t put forth the effort to educate yourself. You most likely will get hurt. People, ultimately only you can be responsible for proper use and your own safety.
