Nice set that drills through electrical boxes well. The spring helps to remove the disc but only works when helping it by using the holes in the sides to pry the disc.

These bits work remarkable well for what they are intended for, cutting holes in electrical panels. Fast, pretty smooth cuts . Lip on the end of the bits wont allow them to punch all the way thru. Ill never drill into a live panel with anything else!

They are the best hole saw I’ve found or used in the electrical trade yet

This sawed right through my drain pipe quickly and efficiently so that I could put a plug in for easy access point to use and auger for cleaning.

This set of hole saws is perfect for those light smaller jobs. They cut like butter through thin aluminum without binding or tearing. Very well made, and the spring assist to remove the plugs is pretty neat, and actually works. Pretty cool little tools..;~)

A couple years ago, I purchased just the middle one for a job where I had to make several holes that size for mounting controls in a metal box; I was very impressed at how quickly and cleanly it cut. After drilling a hole in a piece of 1/4″ plexi, I could not get the slug out so I bought this whole set. I use them on a regular basis and love them. I frequently use the 7/8″ one, which is the small one, to drill holes in the metal top cap of walls so that I can snap in the grommets (Greenlee 711M) to protect my cables. This is where I love the shoulder on these; should your chuck come lose, you will not loose your bit into the wall.I have also used this in my Milwaukee cordless screwdriver (M12, non-impact, though I believe you can use them in the impact tools), and still makes a clean, fast hole!

these things rock… and impact ready. tighten your set screws regularly… w/o them these make really bad very small boat anchors

This set replaces one that used a single arbor and multiple blades. Unfortunately several blades broke during normal use, and the the arbor snapped. This set appears to be much more durable. The only drawback is that it has a shallow cutting depth. I will not be able to use it on thicker aluminum plate, although you can double the capacity by drilling from both sides. For thin sheet metal it is excellent, generating a very smooth hole with almost no filing needed to produces perfect hole.
