I have used these a few times and they were a very durable blade, and useful size. I cut the bottoms of door casings In order to in style flooring underneath though and the wider blades it easier and cut very accurately and quickly. I also used the blades to trim the edges of vinyl flooring after it had been laid in it cut a nice straight line pretty efficiently. Even after I accidentally hit the concrete floor a couple of times the blade still cut well. This is fairly typical of the good results I get with Milwaukee products.

This multi-tool saw blade is great – high quality and long lasting. The multi-tool is a must have for any professional or DIY’er. They are easy to control, produces a nice thin kerf and works well in tight spaces. I always bring one with me to every job or project. Recently, I installed a vanity and sink for my daughter. Using this tool, I cut the old vanity out, cut the molding to match the new vanity’s width and cut the pvc plumbing to the right height for the new sink. Using this blade, made the tasks quick and easy.

Nearly doubles the cutting head width of a standard blade. Had to adjust my technique a bit to get the best performance out of this wider cutting head. Not rushing is the key, let the tool work for you and realize that it can be doing twice as much work compared to normal. The time/effort benefit is in being able to make one cut rather than several to get through a bigger piece of wood. I also found that the wider cutting face sometimes allowed me to take a different angle of approach in tight situations. I don’t often need a wide cut but this is a welcome addition to the tool kit.

The Oscillating tool is compatible with most tools on the market. It provides quick cutting of wood, drywall, or PVC. It has a plunge depth 1-5/8″ (42 mm) before the bend in the blade. You can set this flat on a surface and trim off the wood you need to remove. I was flush cutting wood edging that was wider than the MDF shelf (mid-project design change). I also used it to trim excess edge banding and got a very smooth surface. I had old generic blades that were dull and are now in the trash can. The product that I requested was supposed to be a 10-pack, but I received a 3-pack instead. This evaluation is for Milwaukee 49-25-1113.
