This half moon shaped blade by Milwaukee cuts fast!I used it to cut the base of door trim near the floor to put in some tile. It cut quickly and allowed me to work from different sides / angles. The package says it’s good for cutting wood, drywall / pvc. You will definitely want to wear a dust mask if you cut drywall because it will create a ton of dust! It’s not designed to cut metal so watch out for nails!

I have used Cheaper blades for years and I can tell you that you get what you pay for. This Milwaukee blade is heavier duty and cuts better than what I have used from other brands. I used this Milwaukee blade to trim off some baseboard around an area to install an air vent. Cut through smooth and with ease. The blade is sharp and constructed well. The rounded blade edge helps you to be able to saw from multiple directions. I also used this to trim an inch off of the end of a 2×6 and it worked well. I highly recommend.

Like this moon blade. I used it with my cheap Chicago electric oscillating tool. It fits perfectly and has enough distance from blade to connector to have tension screw fully flushed. Believe or not inexpensive blades doesn’t have enough adapter height to have toll Allen head fully flushed. You’re ending up engraving material under the blade. It cuts wood well. It has small teeth and moon profile so kickback is virtually unnoticeable.

This blade works almost exactly as it is billed- a wood cutting blade. As long as you don’t hit any nails, staples, screws, etc., while you’re cutting you should be good to go. Be super careful if you’re using it to under cut door molding to install a floating floor- if you hit any nails you’ll be looking for a new blade. I used it exclusively on pine. It ripped right through that soft stuff, but I can’t speak to oak or any other hard woods. This would go through sheet rock without a problem as well.
