I used the Milwaukee 3-1/2″ titanium blade to trim some curved wood I was installing above a window. because of the trim being curved I wanted a nice fit , and by putting the trim on first then trimming it to fit to the next piece made the fit look good. The fine teeth gave me a nice sharp edge. I made 4 cuts on this project and one of the cuts I made hit a brad nail and the blade cut right through it without any problem. I did try using the blade to trim some thicker MDF material and although it will cut through it the teeth are to fine to do it efficiently. So far I am very pleased with the performance of the blade, and look forward to using it in future projects.

I ordered the MILWAUKEE 3-1/2 IN. TITANIUM SEGMENTED BI-METAL UNIVERSAL FIT OSCILLATING MULTI-TOOL BLADE . I have a free standing basketball hoop that I have had for years. The kids are all grown up and I wanted to get rid of the hoop. I put an add in the paper for a free basketball hoop. Somebody answered the add and wanted to pickup the hoop. I went outside, before they came for it and I sprayed all of the bolts with penetrating oil. When they showed up for the basketball hoop, they started to try and loosen the bolts. Some of the bolts were able to be undone while other bolts seemed to be seized. I remembered that I had this new blade for my oscillating tool. So I got my oscillating tool, put on my new blade and proceeded to cut off the seized bolts. The blade worked like a charm and now the basketball hoop is gone. I am very happy with this blade and I will be buying it again.

This is a very solid multi-tool blade. I have used other brand multi-tool blades before, for example, Ridgid and DeWalt. This Milwaukee is at least on par with those brands on build quality. The blade is thicker than I thought, probably because of the Titanium coating on the out rim. It mounts on my DeWalt oscillating multi-tool perfectly. Note that it is not compatible with star lock type of tools. I have not got a chance to use it to cut anything yet though. I am excited to try it out soon.

I just received this blade. Made in the USA, this bimetal blade has an edge which is enhanced with titanium. It’s listed for use with multiple materials. These include wooden nails, copper, PVC and drywall. I only use it for wood since this is about all I would ever use it for. One of the pieces of wood I cut had a nail in it and it had no problems cutting the nail.Because the edge is rather long, there is a lot of blade in contact with wood, and therefore it will not cut as rapidly as a narrow blade. As far as how long this lasts, I can’t tell at this time, but the packaging says it can last 15 times longer. I had no problems fitting this blade to 2 different multi tools. The compatibility chart includes most major brands. It will not work with Starlock.
