This adjustable hole saw cutter is one of the kind, is easy to use to cut a dry wall to install recess light and can use to different kind of cut hole saw job. I will recommend this tool to all!

The tool looks great, but I needed a larger diameter hole to install my ceiling speakers. Got a pro to install, and they used a drywall jab saw to make the larger cut.

Works very well. Needs replacement cutting blades. After cutting/starting 15 cuts into cedar both blades have worn down close to 40%Maybe this tool is not meant for wood. If you make a superior tool please let me know Thanks

it works but must be carefull when applying pressure . If you hit metal screw or nail or wood it can throw off balance so must drill slow

Very very well I love it

Did as intended. Having only two cutting surfaces is slower but acceptable. The clear plastic is very useful in dust reduction.

I have no need to use the shield, so the rest of the cutting apparatus is kind of loosey-goosey. I’m disappointed that it’s kind of overkill for what I wanted to use it for, but hope I can find a way to make it work. Great idea for sure.

Cut clean holes with no mess, it was nice to be able to adjust the size. We had lights that called for 6.1”, was able to adjust to 6.25” which worked good. Great bit for Sheetrock Or other soft materials.

I am really pleased with the build quality and function of this hole saw. For a reasonable price I can cut all of the holes for my recessed lighting accurately and cleanly. I love how the adjustment has a positive lock once the drill bit is installed.

Was excellent for 17 holes I needed to do

Easy to set hole size. Catches dust and power from falling on you and floor. Easy clean up.

This works well on drywall and ceiling tiles. Do not attempt to use on plaster. Buy the Big Hawg carbide hole saw for that type of job.

Works well but be slow and do not try to hurry the cutting of the hole. The tool will make a nice clean cut but applying too much pressure will cause the blades to hang
Antoinette Bergnaum (verified owner) –
Worked very well. I drilled 16 6″ holes in 5/8 sheet rock without any issues. The shield works very well to keep the dust cotained.

easy to adjust and very convenient, the sides that actually cut the hole are sometimes challenging to start the hole, need to use low speed all of the time, convenient for drywall with different size holes not needing to buy a bunch of hole saws, but definitely harder to use than a hole saw. It does what’s needed, but this is ONLY for use on drywall the cutters are blunt and won’t cut anything but drywall.
