Went right through a 1/2″ piece of white quartz, dry, with only a little heat.

If you know how to use a diamond holesaw these will cut a lot of holes. They are high quality and I swear by their use. If you are a novice these will blow through a few holes unless you go gorilla crazy, but you would have ruined the surface you were trying to drill. Get a 1/8 diamond drill and make a center drill point for your center guide and keep smooth and even pressure while cooling with water spray, be smooth and take your time and these will work for anybody.I hope you find this info useful. I have cut ceramic and porcelain tiles as well as marble/granite stone with no issues. Good luck and happy holesawing!

The diamond grit chews through metal like butter. Worked great in my application.
