The Milwaukee Hole Dozer Hole Saw features Rip guard, the strongest tooth form in the industry, backed by the Rip guard limited lifetime tooth break warranty. Each tooth is built with more steel behind the cutting edge for added strength. The Rip Guard warranty on tooth breaks is a first for the hole saw industry. The added tooth strength along with 8% cobalt give added life to the teeth, allowing for increased productivity on the jobsite, as well as continued hole quality. The Hole Dozer includes Plug Jack, an all access slot design that allows for full access during plug removal. The Plug Jack gives access lower into the cup for thick material and higher towards the teeth for thin material. With multiple positions to apply leverage and better plug access, Plug Jack increases productivity and eliminates wasted downtime between holes. For fast, tool-free change-outs, use Milwaukee’s universal Quick-Change Arbors. 49-56-7210, 49-56-7240, 49-56-7250 and 49-56-9100.

This hole saw was used to drill 5 holes in 3/4” particle board. It cut through the board very quickly, the last hole cut as fast as the first. The size needed to be exact all the way through the boards and it was with no wobbling. The cutouts were easy to punch out of the hole saw with a screwdriver.

Decent bit, but marginal in a metal door surface.

Using in my battery operated HF drill and it cut a beautiful clean hole in 1-by pine quickly. Happy with it.

I purchased other hole saws and I would go through 2 Bi-Metal hole saws and they would wear out even with constant oiling. I went and got the Milwaukee and it went through 2 holes and is still sharp when It took 2 saws to get through 1. I wish I would have known about Milwaukee Dozer Saws when I had to drill the other 12 holes….

Had to cut through a SIP panel–drywall, chipboard, foam, chipboard, then wood siding. It cut well. Sturdy construction. Only quibble was difficulty in difficulty prying waste from cutter.

Used this to drill holes in a desk for cable management that would be “plugged” with a grommet. Created a nice clean cut and didn’t shread the top plastic stuff on the desk.
