The Milwaukee Die Grinder can grind many different shapes and diameters with a full array of mounted points. The 11 Amp motor operates at 14,500 RPM to attack the toughest jobs. This grinder is housed in strong, lightweight and glass-reinforced nylon.
- Includes a 1/4 in. collet; also accepts 1/8 in. collets
- Helical-cut alloy steel gears and shaft for durability
- Accepts 2 in. reinforced or non-reinforced wheels to deburr and shape larger work pieces

This is the same grinder we used at the Post Office to do heavy steel cutting and industrial cutting. This grinder is an industry standard for large high speed cutting equipment.The wheels we used were 4 inch thin cut-off wheels – it was nothing but a wicked shower of sparks when this tool cuts – it goes through any – ANY – thickness of metal like nothing at all.I never – NEVER – seen one of these grinders bind-up or get stuck because of lack of motor power – NEVER !Anyone that could afford to own a power tool as good as this is a luck person and you know who you are.

I would rate this tool as excellent. Lots of power, which is why I bought it. Lower powered die grinders bog down under load. It is large and heavy, one of the trade-offs for having all that power. I use it most often for cutting metal with a 2″ or 3″ abrasive wheel, or grinding with various configuration stones. If you are doing a job that requires finess, pick something smaller and lighter.
