It does everything I need it to do. Anchors great, demos concrete and tile.. plus i received a free Milwaukee grinder for a $99 value

Great rotary hammer… everything worked as intended… drilled anchor holes in concrete in seconds. Project was 76 holes about 30 to 45 minutes.PRO- Features were good.- No fatigue.- Only required one drill bit; didn’t need to swap bits at all.CON- Guide rod is worthless (one star reduction)… vibration move the rod… need to tape it to prevent slippage… or use a depth mark or tape on the drill bit itself.

After using a smaller hammerdrill that took over an hour to make 4 holes with our old hammer drill into a dense concrete wall (old drill was also a Milwaukee but entry level cordless drill with basic hammer function) we decided to get this one after hearing reviews as we still had close to 40 more holes to go. They were right. Most holes we could drill in less than 10 seconds and even when we hit rebar we still took only a minute. It absorbed most of the vibration and cut through the concrete almost likely we were drilling into wood. Very impressed. We went with corded as we are mostly drilling on walls and ceilings so the lighter unit the better.

Excellent drill for light duty concrete scrapping jobs. In cutting ceiling concrete is light to hold for longer periods of time.

Chuck did not work correctly. It was a struggle to get SDS plus bit into chuck. The drill sinks holes really fast in concrete with Bosch bits that can drill through rebar. When I went to the store the Milwaukee rep could not get the bit in the chuck easily either. We have three Milwaukee rotary hammers and this is the first one that had this problem. The new 5 inch grinder that came with the drill lasted less than 5 minutes on light slag removal and smoke poured out and it slowed down. Almost DOA. Milwaukee 4 1/2 grinders did the job just fine and did not burn up. The new Milwaukee metal cutting circular saw had the spot welds holding the bottom plate break on 3/16 plate in about 2 feet of cutting in less than one minute. More trouble.

Highly recommend picking up a proper rotary hammer tool. Aside from getting a great deal on this one (along with an angle grinder included) it cut down the time to install a few masonry screw anchors from several minutes of high pitched, high effort drilling down to less than a minute of easy work.

Easy to chuck drills and removal, comfortable design absorbs most of the shock from hammer/drilling, relatively quit

Excellent tool !!! It might be a bit more than the average home owner would need , but it is an excellent go to hammer drill for the professional

This Milwaukee Rotary Hammer is a quality that the pros use. It is a tool that handles drilling concrete and masonry like wood. The bits and other tips are not included. It comes with a sturdy carry case. There is a switch to give four different settings. I have a concrete with flagstone patio to demolish. This hammer will easily do the job.

Worked great drilling 1/2 inch holes in concrete for Hilti bolts. Being able to put it in reverse is a great feature
