Carrying 13-Amp, the premium electronic motor feedback maintains speed and power under load. The motor also features a contamination shield to minimize damage and maximize airflow drilling.

Overall it is simply awesome, plenty of power to do anything you need it for, comfortable positioning for hands, micro adjustments are spot on, the only thing i would want from my router is an LED light, other than that I would highly recommend it, no matter what looking for, it does not get better than this !!,

This is a really well oiled machine, I love it! The likes: it feel substantial, it is heavy which allows you to control cuts without a guide, the speed dial is fabulous, allowing you to adjust the speed for more delicate jobs, the dial and worm gear allows easy and accurate adjustments, 2 chucks allow 1/2” and 1/4” shanks, very helpful. Lots of power and as I said easy to control. This is not my first router, but clearly excellent, highly recommend. The only thin I struggle with is the clamp that secures the body, it is a blessing in that it is a quick release for fast adjustments, but it is difficult to manage, not an issue in the end, just a minor point. Highly recommend!

I bought this router to use in an Incra router lift. It arrived quickly and has Milwaukee’s tremendous fit and finish. I’ll edit if anything goes awry, but I’ve never had a problem in 30 years of Milwaukee use so I don’t anticipate any problems.

This is a “mid-range” router at 2.25 HP. I’ve been using an old Hitachi 3.25 HP plunge router most of my life. It’s getting heavy and harder to hand rout with. This Milwaukee meets my expectations. It is easy to hold with the strap on one hand, easy to adjust the depth, w/soft start.

I’ve been using my Milwaukee Router for only a few weeks. Using a Lock-Miter bit, it cuts through without bogging down, even through knots. Height adjustment as well as bit changes are a snap. I can’t wait to use the Rail/Stile bit when I get to build my Cabinets.

I love the router however I took it out of the Kreg router table I sold because my son-in-law has a much nicer table here in his shop. I want to use the router freely and now need a base to put the router in. I can only find the individual parts for sale for the base – added up individually, this becomes cost prohibitive. Thanks!

Do yourself a favor and pay attention when ordering. GET THE ONE WITH THE CARRYING CASE for $10 more. I thought I had ordered the one that included the case, I was wrong. The router works very well. It’s powerful, quiet, and handles well with one hand. It also has a 5 year warranty.Very happy with the tool, wish I had the carrying case too!
