Man, I love this saw. Probably the finest circular saw I have owned.The only mistake I made was not ordering the better saw blade with my initial order. The blade that comes with it is rather unremarkable as a general purpose blade.I have only had this a short while so I can’t speak to longevity, but my experience so far is that this thing feels good in the hand, feels balanced and very easy to control. Typical use for me has been building my deck and other household projects. I really gave it a work out in the first 2 days I had it. It never got hot or bogged down – it cuts like a dream.

This is the fourth such saw that I have purchased. As a building contractor I can attest that of the numerous brands that I have used, this is the one that I prefer above others. The trigger is just right, the weight is just right, the sight lines work great, and it can take some abuse without falling apart. While the Tilt-Lock feature is sometimes helpful when cutting in tight places, it usually stays on the same setting. I would recommend this saw to anyone. Balance is great, plate slides smoothly, relatively quiet, and easy to change the blades with the arbor stop feature.Good job Milwaukee!!

Saw had no assembly, the only negative issue I have is the saw didn’t come with an owners manual. Not Home Depot’s fault.
