Don’t take a knife to a gunfight. The most rigorous jobs call for the most powerful and dependable tools, and Milwaukee delivers with this peppy 15 Amp circular saw. The motor cranks out 5200 RPM that will spin consistently even under duress; conversely, a quick shutdown is powered by an electric brake. Angular cuts are a cinch with 60° bevel capacity and a 3-13/16 in. depth-of-cut capacity at 90° allows for deep grooves. Count on the aircraft aluminum shoe to withstand warping or bending in extreme conditions.
- Includes (1) 10-1/4 in. circular saw, (1) heavy-duty steel case, (1) 10-1/4 in. wood-cutting blade and (1) rip fence
- Make angled cuts for joists, trusses and rafters with an adjustable bevel setting
- Saw through nearly 4 in. of material in one swath
- 12 ft. 2-wire cord
- 5-year limited warranty

I have used the saw for cutting 8 inch concrete blocks, and it has work flawlessly after cutting over 45 blocks. Has a long power cord, and comes in a well made steel tool box. Has plenty of power to cut thru thick materials. This is a heavy duty well made saw for a Chinese product.

Excellent for working 6×6 timber builds and for cutting multiple pieces of dimensional lumber at once. The motor has tonnes of power and an incredibly powerful electric brake that promptly stops the blade. The weight of the saw plus the large size of the foot plate make for a stable and safe cutting experience. I use various blades with teeth counts of 24 – 80 depending on what I’m doing and the saw eats through everything without problem. I’d recommend avoiding thin kerf blades as 1) the motor can handle a thick kerf and 2) thin kerf blades with this setup twist and deform too much while making long rips in big timber and actually bind and slow the saw down whereas the a thick kerf stays true and doesn’t bind, letting you cut with less resistance.

Arrived in four days!works well is cheaper than the Mikita and has a slightly deeper cut.good metal box. We are using it to cut 8×10 so takes two cuts, but nothing handheld out there to do it in one pass.
