Great saw. Milwaukee makes some of the best power tools today. The saw is powerful, light and quiet. Should last for many many years.

I bought it to cut through 1 inch stucco I sunk it all the way through and it cuts great it is still very heavy but more comfortable and way more powerful than the dewalts and rigid that I bought the same day it cut 190 square of stucco and laugh and is still going strong

We bought it to cut up tractor trailers …. 1000’s of feet of ripping up 3/8 aluminum plate .Not what it was designed for, but we had burned up 2 other saws … ended up cutting up 13 53’ trailers before the project was done16 years later, I still use the saw for my Apartment rehabs , until it was stolen Heavy, but impossible to go wrong with

On the heavy side but making up for it ease of uses, I’ve had many circular saws but this is my first worm drive. What was I thinking

Pro – Cuts great. Easy to see cut.Con – a little heavy. Sawdust blocks cut line on long cuts.

Nicely designed saw with plenty of power. Cuts straight. Depth and angle adjustments are easy to make and the scales are marked which is a real convenience. Definitely on the heavy side but it is well balanced and easy to control. The one design feature I don’t care for is the Allen Wrench used to remove the blade nut. I am worried that the bolt will strip out over time. I think a conventional wrench would have been a better choice. My only disappointment is the lack of a storage case. If I leave this in the back of my truck it will take a beating.

I purchased this to rip treated 2x4x16’s. Wow is all I can say. I ripped about 50 of them and it cut like a warm knife through butter until the last one. It is a bit heavy but I will use this regularly. I have already made a permanent spot in my packout box for it. It’s very easy to control and pulls itself along very straight nicely. I’m very pleased with this saw.

The only thing I don’t like is that the foot is made of plastic… come on Milwaukee!!

I really like this saw. The blade is on the left side which makes watching your line much easier. It turns at a slower RPM than direct drive saws, but it has much better torque and an added bonus is that it is MUCH quieter. It is heavy though, so overhead cuts would be challenging. When cutting sheets of plywood the saw cuts straight with little effort and the large platform keeps the saw stable. There’s also a hook built onto the body for hanging it up for storage or to keep it out of the way. I’m glad I bought it and I think it will be the last saw I’ll need to buy because of the build quality.

I’ve had one of these for years now, this one was my replacement for the one my friend nicked the cord on. It does good clean cuts, and will cut pretty sizeable pieces of wood. The adjustments for the blade height is easy, and the guide rail runs along a jig smoothly with no problems.

This is such a great saw for pretty much any job due to its durability, ease of use, and power. I really liked the fact that it is much quieter than other worm drives that I have used. The first time I used it, the blade flew through the wood like a hot knife through butter. All in all, this saw should last me for a long time.
