I’m so glad this came in a set. There are often many times where you get a level and the larger one won’t work with smaller art work, and then the smaller one won’t work when trying to go from art work to art work, to ensure everything is level! Also, there are a lot of ways to hang this up in your garage if you have a hang system. Highly recommed this box level set!

This Milwaukee Redstick two-pack (24” and 48”) level is a great combination set and is a significant step-up from my other levels. I reach for the 24” level for many of my everyday needs, such as when I want to check the level of a picture, appliance or other small item. I usually use the 48” level when I want to check the level of a cabinet project or window. The levels are very sturdy, heavy duty and have the quality of a professional grade level. The aluminum frame has two milled faces to ensure flatness. On the 48” level, there are hand grips built into the frame to make it easier to hold. The hand grips and end caps are made from a very durable non-slip material to protect the level. The end caps can be removed if you need the end of the level to be flush with the surface. What I like most about these levels are the large easy-to-read bubbles. The bubble tubes are larger than any of my other levels which makes it very easy to read from a distance. The two-pack makes a great set for both large and small projects.

There great but I ordered the magnetic set and received the non magnetic ones. I need them for work so I didn’t bother going through the hassle of ordering new ones and returning the old ones

These are hefty, heavy duty, rugged levels. These levels are a few ounces heavier than my older levels, and they have a heavy duty feel and heft to them.Milwaukee touts the toughness and durability of these levels, and their product video says that they can easily survive drops, falls, and job site abuse. If you need levels that can take abuse, these would be a good option. The sticker on these levels says that they are stronger than Stabila, so these appear to be aimed towards construction and contractor work. The two features that differentiate these REDSTICK levels are an additional internal metal reinforcement to make them stronger and more durable, and the extra-large vials. The vials on this level are huge compared to typical vials, and they have an extra thick plastic housing that looks very durable. The vials are bright yellow and are easy to read, and the bright red paint on the levels make them easy to spot. These levels are more expensive than most of the Empire box levels available at Home Depot, but if you need a level that can take abuse, these are a good option. If you only need a level for DIY projects and don’t need an extra rugged level, than these may not offer as much value as a less expensive Empire model.

Let me start by saying this is the most accurate level I have ever owned and used! I tested this level against my every day level, which was a good level and the difference is incredible! The accuracy is far superior! The magnified vials are extremely easy to see. The level is strong but not super heavy. The hand grips are great for someone like me who easily drops many things. You can easily remove the ends for those tight spaces. The incredible feature is lifetime accuracy and lifetime warranty! Basically this is the last level you will have to purchase. Excellent for installing door jambs!

Great level! Built like a tank.Wow! I am very impressed with the quality of these levels. Before my purchase, I wasn’t familiar with Milwaukee Redsticks. But now that I’ve seen the quality of these tools, I love them. They are solid, machined aluminum construction. The levels are spot on.

Levels arrived a little late but upon opening I could already feel they were sturdier than the competitor. With extensive use in the 2 weeks of owning them I would recommend them for all fields and trades.

I was so excited when these levels finally showed up. They took a little longer than I had hoped to get here so the anticipation was even greater. They do not disappoint. They are beautiful…true works of art. The images that I posted don’t do them justice. They are genuine high quality in construction, accuracy, and finish. They have top of the line vials that are very easy to read and very accurate (I have several tools to check for accuracy and they passed every test. For comparison, I was in a hardware store the other day and, just by using the levels they had on the shelf, I did a simple accuracy test…I was saddened by how far off they were). This set came in a package of two, a 24″ and a 48″ box beam level. The frames have a backbone core to resist warping and they are painted a bright “Milwaukee Red”. They look and feel like they are powder coated, but after a very small bit of research online I cannot confirm it. On the top and bottom they have a swirl pattern etched in the aluminum that is not only beautiful (they have a luminescent sheen to them), but also functional making them less likely to slide. The vials made of high-impact polymer acrylic to make them extremely resistant to shattering and are enclosed in white frames making them easier to read. They also have removable, slip resistant, high density rubber end caps.I have been looking for a really good set of levels that look good and are dead-on accurate and I am happy to say I have found them in these Milwaukee Redsticks. With the lifetime accuracy guarantee I don’t see how I can go wrong.

These extremely stout, high-quality contractor-grade Milwaukee RedStick levels are designed to compete at the top end of the market. They feature a level of durability that we contractors require. Job site conditions vary greatly, and no matter how much you try to take care of the tools that help you earn your living, accidents are going to happen. These RedStick levels, with features like their all-metal reinforced backbone, can handle the abuse. Both the machining and the overall fit and finish of these is excellent. Accurate to 0.0005″ per inch – the industry standard for levels of this caliber – mine are absolutely dead on, as they should be. With my aging eyes, the oversized magnified bubble is really appreciated, and the high-contrast vials really help in low light conditions.

Been waiting months for delivery of this boxed set of Milwaukee levels and I must admit the lengthy wait was definitely worth the time. Both of the two new Milwaukee levels have put my very old levels to shame. They are definitely easier to sight and use. Fit and finish are top notch and I now dread having to etch my name on both levels to prevent them from being stolen. These levels are NOT cheaply manufactured both workmanship and milling are a joy to behold. Weight of either the 2 or 4-footer levels are noticeably heavier due to the materials used . The vials housing the bubble fluid appears to be made of very high impact acrylic. Machining of the level body are simply a joy to see and feel. This is not a cheap level by any stretch of your imagination. Given reasonable care they can and will be passed down to the next generation homeowner or contractor. Well done Milwaukee!
