I purchased moab lasal photo matte paper; I received it quickly, the ordering process was easy, and you won’t find a better quality of paper anywhere else. Colors look absolutely amazing on this paper.

The photo paper was exactly what my wife wanted. Thank you

I use an Epson 1900 to print photo’s from 4 x 6 to 13 x 19. Most of my images are brightly colored with a fair amount of detail. The Lasal Photo Matte maintains the contrast and detail. The stark white enhances the strength of the images, holds the ink well, and is not distorted by the spray varnish I use.

A very nice paper for landscapes and group portraits. Very good color translation and the paper is strong but not too stiff. I highly recommend it.

Haven’t used matte fine art paper before, primarily have experience with Epson Ultra Luster. Good results here, fairly minimal tweaking, being double sided is the draw. Recommend the paper profile and black point compensation for the starting point.

I am an Artist and Moab Lasal Photo Matte 235 is the only paper I use to make prints of my original art. Perfect results every time!
Archibald Stokes (verified owner) –

I purchased this product as an alternative to the Epson Enhanced Matte paper that I was used to using. I was building a portfolio book and the pages would hold prints back to back, but since this is double-sided, I thought I’d give it a try and cut down on the amount of paper in the book. As long as you get the paper profiles, this stuff works great! It has a nice, smooth texture and the blacks are very rich and velvety on my Epson Photo 1400. And it’s less money than the Epson counterparts. If you’re looking for a replacement for your previous heavyweight matte papers, you can’t go wrong with Moab. They’ve got a great lineup. Cheers.

Great matte paper, good weight and brightness. I wish the color profiles were better. I wish it was sold in 17×22 size, not A2.

Use it to print greeting cards based on my wife’s artwork. This particular size is hard to find, and it works well on our high-end inkjet printer. Paper is a little thinner than I would like, but beats having to cut 8 1/2 X 11 size down to 10 X 7

This is excellent paper! Printer friendly, and quality really brings out the colors of my watercolor sketches. My local framer recommended this specific matte paper for reproductions and she was right! I will use this 235 from now on!

I needed a good weight paper to make some holiday cards, Ive used other paper from Moab before but not for this application. I was not disappointed, my cards printed out vividly and beautifully

Very nice matte paper. Good weight and inexpensive.

I love this paper for book projects, it prints easily double-sided on an Epson 3880, even using the sheet feeder, though it is extremely smooth. It is also affordable and a great weight. Obviously, like other matte papers, it scratches fairly easily though not terribly. Be aware, the 8.5×11 sheets are grain-long.

Great quality paper. Great selection. B&H has the best pricing and always in stock.

This paper has a nice weight to it, and a soft matte surface. I use it to print my photographs for personal use and I really enjoy the quality of the image. Its easy to load into a printer, and I would recommend it for most uses.. its nice enough for final prints and durable enough to put in a portfolio. I think its a great price too, perfect for the middle range of the Moab papers.

I like to make my own 5×7 greeting cards, printing both sides on my Epson R-2400 printer. Moab Lasal Matte prints up nearly as well as the expensive matte papers but has a lower cost and a perfect weight. All the matte papers with a 190-205 weight are too light, and all the 280 and 300 papers are too heavy. This one is just right. It folds beautifully and looks great. The only paper that’s better is the 256 Hahnemuhle Natural Art Duo, but that one is a lot more expensive. I use both.
