I purchased moab lasal photo matte paper; I received it quickly, the ordering process was easy, and you won’t find a better quality of paper anywhere else. Colors look absolutely amazing on this paper.

I just started using this paper brand on Canon Pro 1. Moab Lasal Matte paper is awesome. The color quality is amazing for both photo and art reproduction. Also it’s doubled sided so I can put my company logo on the back. Price point is awesome. Wish the paper was a little more rigid. But I will be buying it again.

I don’t have much experience with professional paper, but the quality of this paper is top. The colours are very bright. I used a Pixma 9000Pro and even though the colour calibration was done for a Canon Mate paper the results were stunning. The paper is heavy enough for any use.

I really like working with this paper. The texture is smooth and detail comes out very sharp.
Beulah Heathcote (verified owner) –
Super good quality, the best I’ve used. The matt finish is great because the images look velvety and not dull. Best paper I’ve printed my art on yet.

This product produces a beautiful photo image.

I am a graphic designer, and have been using this paper to create some portfolio pieces and I have nothing horrible to say about this paper, double sided, it holds color quite well. It does a great job with hairline fonts. I use this paper with an Epson R2880 printer. Just make sure you set the correct ICC color profile. Download it from their website. Fantastic alternative to Epson Ultra Premium Presentation Paper Matte, I have used it to create books but now use Lasal 235.

I am an Artist and Moab Lasal Photo Matte 235 is the only paper I use to make prints of my original art. Perfect results every time!

This is my go to paper for creating art cards. Clean with good color integrity. Highly recommend the Moab papers. Had to wait awhile for this to come off back order. Hope that’s not a trend.

Great paper, great variety and experimenting kit, so to speak.

I use this paper for exhibition prints. I like its weight and surface

This is my go-to paper for illustration prints. I had to switch from my local print shop a few years ago due to equipment changes on their end. The paper market has an abundance of great options but pricing varies wildly. I found Moab Lasal to be an excellent combination of value and quality. Bright, vibrant colors, good weight and feel.

I use this paper with my Epson 3880 for prints of my paintings. Great range of values, particlarly darks which didn’t show up as well on a different brand that I started out with.
Ignacio Nitzsche (verified owner) –
A very nice paper for landscapes and group portraits. Very good color translation and the paper is strong but not too stiff. I highly recommend it.

Love the quality of this paper.

Great double sided matte. I’ve been using it for a long time and it’s still my favorite matte. Great color and decent blacks for a matte paper.

I love this paper. It prints out with amazing colors and I have always preferred a matte finish. I will be ordering more of this in the future for all of my future projects.

I’m not a fan of pure matte photo papers but this one, this one is good. I bought a sampler pack of the MOAB papers and this was my favorite of all the papers in the pack. I, occasionally, like to print a B&W photo on matte paper and/or some portraits. In the past, my go to paper of choice was the Epson Ultra Premium Presentation Matte paper which, also, is an amazing paper. This paper is slightly smoother than the Epson yielding a better perceived range of color/depth/contrast. Not by much, but a little bit. Color gamut is very good for a matte and the prints turn out sharp. The latter statement goes for my Epson R2880 and Epson R3000. I haven’t figured a way to print, well, yet, on my Epson Artisan 710. That said, it doesn’t have an RCC profile for this paper, so it’s hit and miss on that printer.

The Lasal photo matte paper is a nice weight and is not semi-transparent like some printer manufacturers’ papers. You can print on either side, so you don’t have to figure out which way the paper goes in each time you print. The surface is aesthetic and takes the ink well, rendering clean colors and a pleasing finished look to the image. The Epson R1900 processes it without any problems. A great paper if you want a serious photo matte paper without a gimmicky texture or horrendous expense. If you have a fine arts application you will appreciate this paper. The Moab company representative was helful, and answered product questions in a timely and professional manner.

I use this for bulk mailings of RPPC’s. For higher grade RPPC’s I use a Baryta. This paper is a little thin, but squeaks by for RPPC’s. DUO paper has less of a chance of curl which is a big problem with some papers. But DUO or not, it also depends on if the paper was cut from the tight core which tends to transmit more curl to the paper as compared to the outer part of the roll. Moab Lasal offers a good nice quality image. Happy with it for RPPC’s.
