I’ve found this paper to be excellent on my canon pro-1000 printer, as good as papers costing much more. The only drawback would be if you’re looking for a paper having no optical brighteners.

I purchased this product as an alternative to the Epson Enhanced Matte paper that I was used to using. I was building a portfolio book and the pages would hold prints back to back, but since this is double-sided, I thought I’d give it a try and cut down on the amount of paper in the book. As long as you get the paper profiles, this stuff works great! It has a nice, smooth texture and the blacks are very rich and velvety on my Epson Photo 1400. And it’s less money than the Epson counterparts. If you’re looking for a replacement for your previous heavyweight matte papers, you can’t go wrong with Moab. They’ve got a great lineup. Cheers.

I have been using Moab Lasal Matte paper for my photography recently. It seems to give of my work an inner glow or depth compared to luster finishes. I have gotten different sizes to play around with from 4×6 to 13 x 19. Try it out you might really like the results.

This was my first time using this paper and I think its a very good for everyday use. It’s a smooth finish paper and that’s no problem except for the fact that I prefer a more textured surface. Again, that’s just a personal preference and not a knock on the paper quality. Would I buy it again?…..probably if the price was right (like on sale or something) otherwise I will more than likely get one of Moabs more textured surface papers.

This is a great paper. Not only me, but others who view my work love how the color appear on this bright white mat surface. The double sided paper is very convient. I do not have to think which side is the correct side and the artist proofs and test sheets fill one side you can just use the other side saving paper costs. This a good buy and PicardVision Approved!

This is my go to paper for creating art cards. Clean with good color integrity. Highly recommend the Moab papers. Had to wait awhile for this to come off back order. Hope that’s not a trend.

Haven’t used matte fine art paper before, primarily have experience with Epson Ultra Luster. Good results here, fairly minimal tweaking, being double sided is the draw. Recommend the paper profile and black point compensation for the starting point.

Interesting prints very sharp. I give it only 4 stars because its not tick enough .

I’ve been using this paper for about ten years without the slightest complaint. I make calendars and the two sided paper makes it ideal.

As a photography student Epson premium luster and Moab nasal photo matte are the best paper for beginner. Even pro, it’s great. I bought it several times for assignment.

This is the next paper I tried after using Canons Pro Luster, which I didnt like at all. Using the Moab paper sample print booklet, in which they show the same image printed on a variety of papers by the Canon pro-1000, this was appeared to me to be the best Moab matte paper except for the Somerset, which is very expensive. The colors are superb and the contrast range remarkable. The only complaint I have about this paper is that when prints are viewed under cold skylight, the use of optical brightners becomes obvious in an exaggeration of blue tones, but this is probably true of any papers using such brightners.

I achieved better than expected results with this matte paper. A good value.

Used on Epson R2880, runs like a dream. Primary paper for my photographs.

Once profiled this is the best matte paper you can get IMHO. hold blacks very well, has a gorgeous texture to the final print and is great for double sided printing.

I have used this for presentations of my work. I have tested and researched many papers. I’ve made custom profiles and everything. This paper paired with a Canon 5100 printer is ideal for the softness of my work. The dry down is brilliant. I compensate for the blacks since this is a matte…but its a fantastic matte. Be good to it and it will be good to you. I also love the double sided printing. I’ve done so without any problems. Highly recommend this paper!

Nice, thick paper from Moab. Reliable and looks good.

I use it for fine art prints. I haven’t used a ton of other papers, but in comparison to one or two others I tried when I first got my 3880, the Lasal had much better darks and an overall great look. A nice bright white paper.

A good paper for flyers or test prints of photos. Gives much better image quality than copy paper, while it still doesn’t break the bank. Works fine with a HP B8850 and stays in my paper tray.

I use this paper for my digital photography class and for gallery presentation. It’s a reliable paper, easy to use, and accepts ink nicely.
