I used this photo paper to print some wedding photo’s for my collegue. Not only was I impressed by the effect and depth of the picture I was also surprised by that such a low price paper can produce such a fine picture. I used Canon pro9000 Mark II to print and this was one of the best so far.

I use it for presentation and trend boards. I love that if i make an error, i flip it over and use the other side!

I purchased moab lasal photo matte paper; I received it quickly, the ordering process was easy, and you won’t find a better quality of paper anywhere else. Colors look absolutely amazing on this paper.

I have had great luck with this product in the past, but upon inspecting the paper after opening, I noticed that nearly every side of every sheet has small specks of what looks like ink (which will appear as a printing error). I will be using this paper for my midterm critique and have to say I’m disappointed! I will probably use the product again out of necessity, but I would honestly expect more from this company.

I’ve been printing the pages of my portfolio. The ink seats really nicely in the paper and the illustration colors look vibrant and beautiful. It is a very delicate paper and scratches easily.

I am using the paper for my gallery show making bw prints on an Epson 9900. The level of details in the mid tones and highlights are very impressive but the paper does struggle in the shadows in comparison to other comparable matte surfaces. Also, I would not recommend this paper for people printing with a lot of ink as it does tend to bulge when you do that. Tone wise, it is extremely bright. Great for text I suppose, but for exhibition purposes, unless you are using warmer lights, like in my case, I would try to avoid it. Under natural light it appears a lot lot brighter than regular xerox papers. I would also like to note that the texture, which is ultra smooth, is very consistent on both sides of the paper, which is a great plus if you are trying to compile a book.

Really nice smooth matte finish paper. I like the contrast range.

This is a great paper. Not only me, but others who view my work love how the color appear on this bright white mat surface. The double sided paper is very convient. I do not have to think which side is the correct side and the artist proofs and test sheets fill one side you can just use the other side saving paper costs. This a good buy and PicardVision Approved!

Same finish and look as Entrada but lighter weight and much less expensive. In a frame under glass it does the same good work as the more expensive cotton rag paper, and being alpha – cellulose, it’s still acid free and archival.

The photo paper was exactly what my wife wanted. Thank you

I use this paper with my Epson 3880 for prints of my paintings. Great range of values, particlarly darks which didn’t show up as well on a different brand that I started out with.

Nice, thick paper from Moab. Reliable and looks good.

As a photography student Epson premium luster and Moab nasal photo matte are the best paper for beginner. Even pro, it’s great. I bought it several times for assignment.

I like to make my own 5×7 greeting cards, printing both sides on my Epson R-2400 printer. Moab Lasal Matte prints up nearly as well as the expensive matte papers but has a lower cost and a perfect weight. All the matte papers with a 190-205 weight are too light, and all the 280 and 300 papers are too heavy. This one is just right. It folds beautifully and looks great. The only paper that’s better is the 256 Hahnemuhle Natural Art Duo, but that one is a lot more expensive. I use both.

This is my favorite paper for test prints. Even though it’s not as heavy duty as their Rag, it’s a bargain for the price. 50 sheets for less than what the Entrada Rag costs.

Nice paper for the price. The surface is a little fragile, even for matte paper. Prints well on my Epson 3800 with QuadToneRip using Moab Entrada Neutral profile. A little on the magenta side of neutral when printing with the ICC profile through photoshop. I bought it for a book maquette, probably not the ideal use for the paper due to the fragile surface. Too bad because if folds easily, it’s thin, and has a wonderful feel to it. It may be more useful as a proofing paper for Entrada or Hahnemuhle Photo Rag though.

Interesting prints very sharp. I give it only 4 stars because its not tick enough .

This is my go-to smooth paper. The two- sided feature is great for book-making putposes. It has a nice weight and has a nice bright base that looks equally good in black and white and color. I use the roll size for large wall prints. Great value!

I have been very happy with the results on this paper, granted, there are heavier weight matte papers with a very nice feel, but for the price, the Lasal Photo Matte 235 paper is great!

Good for post cards, test prints etc. If you own an Epson 3880 you can’t use the rear feeder for paper this small, so the recommended media type (ultra smooth fine art paper) can’t be used in the print settings and you have to select matte instead, which ever so slightly decreases the way the black reproduce, but it hasn’t really mattered for me. Anyways, there’s no way around that if you want to print 5×7 – I wish moab offered a profile specifically for this paper size but I guess that’s asking a lot. Other than that, it’s a matte – so you know, it doesn’t have the same detail in the black etc but it has such a nice surface. pros and cons of different paper types.
