The 36″ x 40′ roll of Moab Entrada Rag Bright 290 Archival Inkjet Paper is a single-sided paper made from 100% cotton with a water-resistant matte surface The paper has an expanded color gamut, maximum contrast and a high ink load capacity. Entrada Rag Bright 290 is compatible with dye-based ink and is optimized for use with pigment-based ink.

It was my first time purchasing this product. I’m not a professional printer, but I have access to a large format printer. I had art work to print for an exhibit, and all the prints came out very nice, and gallery quality. Many people at the show inquired what kind of paper I used because they were impressed by it. I shoot digital, but the matte finish helps give it that film look.

I ordered this roll paper without knowing it comes with a large, 3-inch core. The specifications omit this information. The paper is incompatible with my Epson P600 printer. After opening the package I discovered the problem and now cannot return the paper for a refund. This was the first time I tried roll paper and I could have avoided the problem if B+H had identified the core size in the specifications.

Good value for the price. Quality 100% rag with high ISO rating. Holds good shadow detail without getting muddy for a fine art paper. I tend to use Somerset Velvet PE, but wanted something that gave me a brighter white for contrast, and slightly smother surface for shadow detail. The MOAB site has ICC profiles for my printer, which is much appreciated.

This rag bright paper by Moab is beautiful! I’ve actually had the Hahnanenmulen rag bright paper before and actually prefer this Moab over it. Pretty sure I didnt spell that right. ??! Once again, you can’t beat the price of the Moab papers! I will be trying all of their papers.

We use this paper in my art studio for gicle reproductions, and it is truly magical. It’s thick enough to feel like a true investment piece, and holds pigment and detail incredibly well. It’s super smooth with only the barest *hint* of texture, and doesn’t take away from the art prints. It’s also a gorgeous, true white.

Long time Moab customer here. As much as I love the thickness and tone of this paper, it’s a shame that the last 8-10 ft of the roll suffers from a visible line about every 10. This has happened on the last three rolls I’ve purchased. Unfortunately, a lot of what I print requires a white background so it is quite visible and therefore I can’t use it.

This paper might be overlooked by those who admire substrates with a very high white contrast, but one shouldn’t dismiss the ability for this paper to produce warm tones-so if you are working in black & white, sepia, or if you’re trying to achieve a vintage look, this paper might prove to be beneficial to you. Another feature that you might find enticing is the rich texture of this paper which is something that’s always a bit difficult to anticipate when choosing a paper type. Overall, you’ll most likely learn something new if you’re open to it, and will not be disappointed with your purchase.
