Machine made from 100% cotton rag, Moab’s Entrada Rag Natural 190 Fine Art Paper, available here in a double-sided 24″ x 66′ roll, offers a spectacular smooth matte surface with a natural white appearance that lends itself to warm black and white prints and soft color prints. This version features a lighter weight of 190 gsm as well as a thickness of 15.5 mil. The natural white tone is achieved by omitting the use of any optical brightening agents and shows with a whiteness of 84%. For longevity, the paper is acid free and calcium carbonate buffered. Additionally, it is water resistant and comes on a 3″ core.

This is a great matte paper for archival work and much more likely to feed easily through most printers. I love it and it is every bit as good or better than it’s competitors. I’m not paid or compensated in any way for saying this and I print for a living and use more kinds of paper every week than the average photographer will use in a decade.

Moab Entrada is my go-to paper for printing digital photographs. Entrada gives an amazingly deep black tone for a matte paper, producing rich colors and saturation. The colors don’t ‘float’ on the surface as is often the case with glossy papers; they sink into the fiber in such a way that gives depth to the photo image. It’s a beautiful paper in every way!

Nice color and good for black and white. Nice subtle texture. Good value. Not as snappy as Canson Rag, but Canson is single sided. Double sided is nice for proofing on the back of mistake prints.

Fantastic paper for photo bookmaking. Unfortunately BH will not fulfill requests for specific grain direction and advised me to buy it elsewhere if grain direction is important. I wish they could create separate listings for short and long grain because I’d be a regular buyer.
