I have now had the TrioMax (1 screen) for about 24 hours and I am thrilled. This is undoubtedly the best solution to add a screen to a laptop. Although I would like to see larger screens available for a 17″ laptop, this makes for a critically needed second work area or a way to cross-reference multiple windows with multiple documents into a single work product. The set-up was very easy. There was a snag in which USB port to use and if you use the wrong one it will not start. Although I figured it out on my own I had sent a note to customer service at about 4 pm and had a response by 9 am the next morning (Pacific time). I admit I was and to a degree am concerned about durability of the screen hinge and frame, it is doing the trick. Perhaps the novel design permitting this set up is just too novel for me to judge. The quality of color and brightness is fine and although it is noticeably different from my 4K, glossy, 17″ screen with advanced graphics processing, it is still very good and works for any office application except perhaps certain graphic arts. The On Screen Display offers enough control for most people. I do not like, however, the lack of clear icons to control the OSD. They are there but very hard to see and I have constantly missed the right place to press. Finally, although customer support is superlative, their included User Guide leave a bit to be desired. I would recommend to the company that a technical writer do their next version and be more comprehensive. Critiques aside, if you want the luxury of a second or third screen on your laptop (I am PC world), this is an awesome solution. I highly recommend

I really like the larger, 14 screens and that I can easily use two at once. My only concern is every time I slip the screen out I see lines where the screen rubs the back of its diamond patterned case. Im afraid that a few months down the road I will have permanent marks. We shall see.

As we move into full REMOTE TEACHING/LEARNING, this mobile screen attachment has become a life savor for me. I never could have thought how amazing it to have an additional screen to teach, while taking attendance, participating in Zoom, and and emailing at the same time. Mobile Pixel Screen made it possible for me to do all that with ease. The resolution is top notch! Everything is clear and crisp. The details and colors are perfect. The light is soft and help ease my eyes after hours of staring in the screen with full day of classes.FANTASTIC buy! Lighting-speed shipment. The company is fast to respond and always on top of their service.

Since Covid I have been working alot at home and I didn’t want to have to keep bringing my monitors back and forth from the office to the house. This product saved me! It is so useful and I love that I can sit on the couch and still be able to use two screens for work! Its a great tool for you if you need a second monitor but only have a laptop

This additional monitor has tremendously helped me being more productive. It was very easy to connect it to my computer and the magnetic way to attach it to the back of my laptop is genius!

This was a great option for a second screen now that I’m remote. However, once I added the magnets to my computer I would have strange issues like my computer would turn off when I would slide out the second monitor. This was mostly annoying, but the screen is NOT as easy to slide and pivot as the directions lead you to believe. Mine actually ended up breaking apart as I was sliding it back into place. Between that and my laptop monitor turning off this is not worth the money.

I was sent to work from home during the COVID-19 pandemic, and as I don’t have enough space for a second monitor in my room’s desk, I resorted to use my TV for that purpose. It never felt quite well, mainly because of the distance and size difference from one display to another, the feeling that I was sending my app windows to “another device”, and the lack of mobility (only as far as my HDMI cable allowed). Now with my TRIO I can move freely from one room to another, and my second display feels more integrated and “natural” both in size and the physical and mental “effort” required to connect it, use it, and think of it as the same device. I love it! I wish I’d heard about months ago…

By far the best way to be on the go with a trio screen setup! Working from home and able to move on the go and still perfom is a plus. This setup is still fresh and work in progress but so far everything is awesome. Having able to access a triple screen literally anywhere and on the go is AWESOME! This setup was well worth it.

I work entirely on the computer. I got the one of the duel trio, and it has literally changed my life. I absolutely love this monitor. I cannot work without it. Its probably the best purchase I have made in a really long time. When I’m traveling, I easily work at max capacity at the airport, at the hotel, wherever I am, just as if I’m at my desk at home. So many people have come up to me and asked about it in amazement. I have the larger one and its the same size as my computer screen, so its like having two computers at once. When its time to pack up, I slide it right in and shut my computer. The product is great quality, when I’m home, I leave it connected to my computer at all times and it stays put, not flimsy at all its as if its a part of my laptop. A few months in I did start to experience some flickering, but I reached out to customer service and without any issue, hesitation or arguing they sent me a replacement at no cost to me, and its perfect as expected. As slightly frustrated as I was with the flickering issue, I admit the product is so great I cant go back to working without it, I put up with the flickering until my replacement came because I am that dependent on the product now. The customer support rep that helped me, David, was so great, helpful and kind. He was so responsive too, answered all of my rant filled emails with a kind response within a few hours or less. He was such a great help and I am grateful he was assigned to me. I am writing this review because David was such a great person to communicate with and I would like him to get the recognition he deserves. Thanks to the Mobile Pixels team, 5 stars for the product, 5 stars for the customer service, much appreciated!

I actually really like the product. It is very reliable and it gets what I need done. The only issue I have is that the magnets are not as strong that I hope for. When you extend the screen fully out, it becomes slanted a little bit, but that is an easy fix. I gave it 5 stars, and I love it.Thank you,

I’m not 100% sold on this one. Driver installation was very simple; however, the installation to the top of laptop is not as simple as they make it seem. Hard to get the position just right. The biggest problem is the connection cord included. It’s too short! I use the Trio on the right side. If I plug into right USB port, the wire interferes with my wireless mouse. If I plug into left USB, I have to keep Trio opened all the way, not tilted inward a little because the cord is too short. If there is a way to get a longer cord, this would be almost perfect.

I have two laptops. And it worked flawlessly on one, but the magnets weren’t strong enough. However one my other laptop, the magnets interfered with my laptop’s monitor. It would rendered my laptop’s screen black.Cool concept, but let’s wait for its competitors to fix the magnet issue 🙂

I was pleasantly surprised with this product’s versatility. I was a bit skeptical at first, but when it’s attached to my laptop, I can barely tell it’s there. So if you’re in a tight spot, you can leave it stowed, but pull out the additional screens when you have more room to spread out. I also was able to connect it to my desktop to use as a second monitor. I’ve missed my dual monitors in the office at work, so this has been a great tool. Having the ability to double screen my laptop or my desktop, depending on the day, is awesome!Great construction, great picture quality, and great range of motion. 5 out of 5 stars!

Good image quality and mobile. I wish that they didnt connect via magnets to the iPad. Maybe a solid frame that goes around the iPad. Like the hypothetical Slidenjoy product. Overall good product!

My biggest complaint about working from home has been the fact that I’ve got to work out of the basement. Since we don’t have a dedicated home office, that’s the only space large enough to accommodate my desk, laptop, and two additional monitors that I’ve gotten used to using at work. Now, with the Mobile Pixels Trio, I can take my laptop anywhere I want (dining room, back porch, coffee shop, etc.) and be as productive as I am at a full desk! The screens were easy to install, and the perfect size for my 14″ laptop. I love how portable they are, and that I can share one or both with my girlfriend. The screen picture quality is great, the build seems sturdy, and the plug-and-play usability was a breeze! I’m thrilled to be out of the basement and on the move with MobilePixels!
