This is a great tool. I think it lives up to what it’s advertized. There is only ONE thing you need to be aware of so far (I’ve only got a month of use so far) This is HEAVY on your screen. When you open your notebook screen, the weight will pull back on it. So, if you don’t have this screen extended it will pull back on your notebook scree/monitor. Make sure your notebook has a top/screen that the lid doesn’t easily go back.

The concept of this product is amazing and the physical components are structurally strong and work extremely well. The device is compact and easy to manipulate around. However, I do have a bit of an older Mac book pro and had some difficulty connecting to the device. After I was able to connect, the monitor was very slow and delayed. It would be several seconds behind when I clicked or scrolled on something. Perhaps with a faster computer this wouldn’t be an issue but I decided to return my product as a result of this.

Monitor set-up is easy, and resolution and functionality is great. As far as constructive feedback goes, the triple monitors can tilt a bit to the side once mounted on the laptop even though they are clipped together on top and bottom as I thought it would be a more solid configuration. However, they still function great.

Unfortunately this didn’t work with any of my laptops. My son’s chrome book kept freezing during his virtual learning class and it only happened when the extra screen was plugged in. For my work laptop (HP) it would not connect at all.

My display is defective and I have been waiting since June 12th to get the replacement, for my initial order I got the order in less that 5 days but for the replacement I have been waiting since the 12th. I wanted to like you guys but you make it very hard. Very disappointed

The screen kept glitching (turning off and back on, causing the image to go back on the main screen) and it was a bit delayed. BUT I contacted customer service via chat and they helped me fix the glitches. The delay was still their so they said they would send me another one and rerun the one I had. Kept it for a while to see if it would improve. Low and behold I got the replacement even before I returned mine. Talk about trust. Their customer service alone sold me and I can deal with the delay. Its really minor. Happy with the purchase.

This monitor only has two USB-C inputs and works with my HP Pavilion and Note 8 without any drivers. I simply plugged the monitor in and the display fired up in less than 30 seconds the first time and within 5 seconds after. Definitely worth the money.

The good: Works great and it’s fairly bright. The 12″ model doesn’t seem to drain batteries of larger laptops that much.The bad: The build quality of the case on the other hand is marginal at best.How to correct issues: You might find the screen resetting itself constantly. If this happens, try switching USB ports on the screen side (mine was labeled opposite of what it should have been), check that you’re plugged into a powered port or make sure the drivers are installed or manually install them, then restart the computer and login. It doesn’t initially display anything in the login screen but works well thereafter, at least in Windows. Other OS’s may be different.What makes it a good deal anyways: Nothing else like it seems to exist for the money. I will buy it again if the case quality is made better.

Just love it! I have 4 screens monitor setup at home and i enjoy it. But when I travel its very hard to work with single screen on laptop. Often you have to switch the tabs and go back and forth! After getting Trio Max my life become easy instead of switching its now moving to different screens. So it’s totally worth it and adds more productivity to your work!

Ive had it since November. At first it worked great. Few months in the screen began to shut down randomly throughout the day. I have to wiggle the cable and set it in a certain position in order for the screen to work. I cant move it or its will shut down and freeze my computer.
