Price ok, instructions poor (no details on the battery, minimal on how to unscrew the cartridge, and does not mention that or the first two minutes of use, the water will be BLACK with carbon powder). But that isn’t you guys…it’s Moen. On the other hand, you guys lost the first one I ordered and had to re-order.
