Good price on this and yes – it does include the battery for the “time to replace” light. I do wonder if there’s a trick to replacing these batteries. Doesn’t seem to be a positive grip on it in the vertical holder. I end up using tiny pieces of tape to hold it but not interfere with contacts.

Moen provides a superb filtration product, but the cartridges are hard to remove/install and the flashing LED reminder every 6 months in no way represents actual useage or product life based on actual filtration load.

The HD ordering and shipping process was fine. That is the 5 star rating. The cartridge is very difficult to install. I enddd up reinstalling the old cartridge. Very difficult to exert a lot of force while on your back reaching a plastic fixture at the back of a cabinet. I give the cartridge 1 star.
