This satin gold iGlaze Hard Case from Moshi includes two micro-clip, snap-on polycarbonate top and bottom covers for an Apple 13" MacBook Pro with Retina display. The covers’ scratch-resistant coating and impact resistance provide protection, while their slim, form-fitting design complements the profile of the 13" MacBook Pro.
While this iGlaze Hard Case is used, full access to the MacBook’s buttons, ports, and MagSafe connector is maintained. Raised rubber feet at each corner of the bottom cover provide surface grip while allowing the rest of that cover to efficiently dissipate heat. The ability to see the MacBook’s Apple logo through the top cover further preserves the general appearance of the 13" MacBook Pro Retina.

I love this case!!! It is pretty thin and at the same time protective. The sleep mode works perfect when you flip or close the cover. On addition, the folding cover is very easy to use and holds the iPad in 3 different positions very well and securely. I think is worth the money and I would highly recommended.

Extremely thin yet durable case, and I can barely tell it’s on. It picks up a decent amount of fingerprints and visibly smudges, but a quick wipe with a cleaning cloth takes it right off. If you’re spending $2k+ on a laptop, make sure to get a good case and protect it.

I was worried that my laptop wouldn’t fit in my sleeve after putting on the case, but this case was sleek enough that it was still able to. Although it’s thin, it still feels protective and sturdy. This was also my first time buying from B&H, and they did a fantastic job packaging it (lots of bubble wrap) as to prevent the case from breaking during shipping / transit. i used to have a incase hard shell on my old mbp. i chose the mochi iglaze for my mbp retina because i wanted something that was a little less bulky. it looks great, you barely notice its on there and provides just enough protection.the only downside is the clips don’t hold very well near the trackpad…a small tradeoff for a super thin hard shell case.

It’s a great cover – You really can barely see it.. Only con is, when I had to put it on my brand new Macbook Pro Retina, because of it very fit and sharp edges it cut a flee of my macbook and made some scratches..

Expensive but very one of the best hard cases on the market, I have purchased 3 separate ones previously for other laptops. Durable, form fitting and thin enough that you don’t realize it is on, rubberized feet on the bottom to prevent sliding on glass or smooth surfaces, vents are perfectly aligned, snaps on easily. Have heard that corners could eventually crack if you’re a rough user or student throwing into knapsack but none of mine have.

Fits the MBP13 (Mid 2018) very nicely, but not as tightly as Id expect. The edges pull away from the body if you grab the laptop by any edge. Thats not a deal breaker though. However the shell is slippery and if you dont REALLY grab it, you could drop your gear. The shell has a fine pebble texture that should give a grip and feeling of security, but doesnt satisfy me like my old soft touch hardshell. If they added a softer, grabby surface, Id give it 5 stars. I guess the key word in the product name is glaze, which on further thought should have tipped me off to the slipperiness.

I’ve had this model of case for just over 5 years on my MacBook Pro Late 2013 (13 inch). I had to buy a replacement a few weeks back only after my bag took a rough tumble in the airport. I’m sure it’s saved my computer dozens of times, and at the very least, kept it from denting/scratching/bending. The actual shell for the screen-back is a bit confusing to orient when putting it on (I had it wrong for a few years haha, though it’s really me not paying attention to the instructions.) It’s solid, and keep your warranty info! Moshi provide lifetime warranties on their case products. All in all, a good, strong case that mostly manages to avoid getting dirt and grime between the case and the computer (helps prevent scratches and general gross-ness). 10/10 – Already bought it again.
