The indigo blue iGlaze Hard Case for MacBook Pro 13 with Retina from Moshi is a two-piece customized polycarbonate housing that provides 360° protection to your laptop. The specialized coating is designed to both enhance its appearance and safeguard your Mac from incidental contact. The translucent coating also allows the Apple logo to shine through the case.
The snap-together casing is lightweight and, when installed, maintains the overall thin profile of your laptop. It rapidly installs with seven micro-clips on the top cover and two on the bottom half. The cover does not interfere with access to any of the laptop’s ports or MagSafe connector. The bottom contains raised rubber feet to free up the vents and expedite heat dissipation.

I wanted a case for my new MBP and yet I didn’t want to cover up its natural beauty. This case fit the bill. It is in a word perfect. It fits like a glove. It fits securely. I can see the Apple logo and for the most part I do see the space gray. To whatever extent it might cover up the color ever so slightly – it actually is worth the peace of mind that it affords me. It feels great to the touch as well. Granted it is expensive and I debated spending the money on it but once you place it on your very expensive computer and realize that it’s protected from dings and scratches it justifies the cost. I am extremely happy with my purchase and of course with the advice I got from B&H.

Fits the MBP13 (Mid 2018) very nicely, but not as tightly as Id expect. The edges pull away from the body if you grab the laptop by any edge. Thats not a deal breaker though. However the shell is slippery and if you dont REALLY grab it, you could drop your gear. The shell has a fine pebble texture that should give a grip and feeling of security, but doesnt satisfy me like my old soft touch hardshell. If they added a softer, grabby surface, Id give it 5 stars. I guess the key word in the product name is glaze, which on further thought should have tipped me off to the slipperiness.

Cover looks great when it’s brand new. A week or so after it was installed, stress cracks appeared around the top lid. And that’s from just sitting on my desk and not being handled all the time. My friend who purchased the same item had similar cracks appeared on his cover as well. Moshi is aware of this problem and blames it on Apple producing MacBook Pro Retinas in slightly different size. I don’t know who they are trying to fool, but this product is not worth it’s price. Purchased InCase cover and it feels stronger and more solid compared to Moshi cover that feels like a soft brittle plastic. Don’t waste $$ on this cheap cover. InCase has better cover for half the price.

Solid build quality and perfect fit on my MacBook. It will definitely serve its purpose to protect the computer but a little disappointed with the way it shows every finger print. Makes it look like a greasy fingered mess. You can have the driest, cleanest hands and it still leaves a mark.

I was worried that my laptop wouldn’t fit in my sleeve after putting on the case, but this case was sleek enough that it was still able to. Although it’s thin, it still feels protective and sturdy. This was also my first time buying from B&H, and they did a fantastic job packaging it (lots of bubble wrap) as to prevent the case from breaking during shipping / transit. Overall, quite pleased with this purchase.

Another great Moshi product. Fits my iPad Pro like a glove. I do not know whether it is due to the color (black) or to the case materials, but it leaves fingerprints each time and place it is touched. It is a small annoyance, however, because they can be easily removed.

This case snapped right on without any issues what so ever. The Blue Indigo color looks as it does in the picture – nice color. It provides great protection – but its very slim – so no bulk. The case has a nice feel to it. The apple logo still shows through the cover, which looks cool. I am very happy with my purchase.

Before I bought my Macbook Pro, I knew I needed a case. I researched on Youtube to find the right case. So I choose this one because it was number one on the videos that I watched. It is ok. It’s easy to put onto the Mac, but you will get fingerprints all over it. Also, it feels that when I take it out of my bag, I don’t have a good grip on it because it is so smooth. Lastly, when I close the laptop after using it, there would be large grease looking spots on the case. I don’t know where they came from, but it really does annoy me.

I used to have a Spec case on my old MBP. Looking for a case for my new MBP, I came looking for a Spec. After checking the reviews, I decided to take a chance on a Moshi case–after having good luck with Moshi palm guards. Both the Spec products and the Moshi products are good, but I liked the Moshi product better becuase it had more retaining clips. The only downside is that I would have liked a clear product rather than a frosted product (although the frosted product will probably show scratches less). I would but this product again.
