After spending $2800 on a new laptop it was important to me to have a case that protected it – After a lot of research online I decided to go with this case. It was extremely easy to put on and at first I loved it – however the product is only 6 weeks old and all of the corners are chipped or completely broken off – I am extremely careful with my laptop and house it in a neoprene Incase case whenever I am not using it. No clue if I got a lemon, but I would never purchase this again or recommend to anyone. BEWARE!

I purchased this cover after reading a favorable review by the tech editor at The Daily. It offered the promise of a magnetic (on/off) front cover, protection for the back of the iPad, and a unique folding (origami’ options) support structure. I had previously used an Apple magnetic cover and a clear snap-on back, but not only did the two not integrate well despite the latter’s claims, the Apple product allows only a limited positioning of the angle of the iPad. This product is beautiful (I have the Black color), and it is expertly crafted and fits perfectly my iPad 2. It allows true versatility in positioning of the iPad by simply rearranging the folding cover: portrait, plus several landscape angles. It does this remarkably with this svelte folding cover — somehow offering great stability. I enclose the whole iPad ‘ Moshe product in a zippered neoprene sleeve and it’s perfect. No ugly heavy cover to prop up the iPad! Its a bit pricey, but worth every penny. Just a terrific product. I am reviewing this here as I buy a second one for my brother as a gift.

The case fits mostly snugly, just a couple of locations where the fitment tabs don’t latch to the edges as they should, but that does not affect the overall fitment. But within a week I noticed that one corner had cracked almost completely off (it’s still holding on to the monitor on one side), and another crack appeared on the front. The product is still usable and, because of the color, you can’t see the cracks unless you look for them, but I don’t think the case will last for more than a couple of months. We’ll see.

Fits and looks great, but the tab that holds the top part on in the front was placed right where you lift the lid so every time you open your notebook the top gets pulled off a little so you have to push it back on, not a major deal if it happened once in a while, but it happens every time you open it and gets annoying, probably a design limitation due to the tight fit of the lid left no other place for the tab. Also it’s very difficult to clean fingerprints and oils from your hands off of it but that may be due to the matte finish. I wouldn’t buy it again or recommend it.

I love this case!!! It is pretty thin and at the same time protective. The sleep mode works perfect when you flip or close the cover. On addition, the folding cover is very easy to use and holds the iPad in 3 different positions very well and securely. I think is worth the money and I would highly recommended.

I am VERY careful with my laptop. 6 months later I see cracks appearing on every corner. This is without even banging it. Do not buy this product. You will regret it!! Now, I am looking for another one to replace it.

I’ve had this cover for about 9 months and it literally disintegrating at the corners. My understanding was this cover was to protect my MacBook Air, but I’m wondering if the cover will make it a year. I had literally 1 very minor drop which did put one crack in the cover, but now I have major cracks in 4 of the 8 corners of the top and bottom. There is even a chunk or two that have busted off.I thank VERY good care of this laptop and the whole thing travels in a well padded leather briefcase. I am VERY disappointed. I was expecting some protection.

Fits the MBP13 (Mid 2018) very nicely, but not as tightly as Id expect. The edges pull away from the body if you grab the laptop by any edge. Thats not a deal breaker though. However the shell is slippery and if you dont REALLY grab it, you could drop your gear. The shell has a fine pebble texture that should give a grip and feeling of security, but doesnt satisfy me like my old soft touch hardshell. If they added a softer, grabby surface, Id give it 5 stars. I guess the key word in the product name is glaze, which on further thought should have tipped me off to the slipperiness.

I purchased this to protect my new Macbook Pro Retina. It is a hard plastic shell that snaps on to the bottom and top covers. While it may offer some small amount of protection, I would not trust it to really save your gear in a true accident. It seems kind of cheap and has already chipped and a small piece has broken off. I wish there was a better product on the market, but I have yet to find it.

I’ve only had this case for a short time, but so far it seems really good. It was easy to fit and hasn’t unclipped itself. The dark colour looks nice with the Apple logo illuminated through it. At the airport when the laptop had to be taken out of its case and shoved through the x-ray machine, this case protected it really well.

Forget the expensive 60 dollar Apple smart cover. This sleek yet simple combo offers a nice hard plastic backing as well as an awesome origami like dust cover that can be molded into a variety of stands to support your viewing needs. I wish I knew of this product prior to purchasing other covers that were around the same price point yet just didn’t have the same versatility.
