Needed to upgrade 8 year old computer ( in computer years 8 is ancient), was getting extremely slow, started getting a few quirks during operation and the VRMs never worked correctly on the old motherboard. After assembly the computer ran quiet, fast and the VRMs work as they should. I purchased the motherboard, CPU and memory from B&H. The build; MSI B450-A Pro Max motherboard CPU AMD Ryzen 3 3200G 32 GB Memory Crucial Ballistix 3200MHz Excellent compatibility with memory running at advertised speed and no negatives so far.

Excellent price point and straight forward board for my first build. USB-C would be nice, but again it’s a great board for beginners/budget builds.

I’ve ordered from b&h a small handful of times. They’ve always done right by me and they always have average or below prices (in my experience) which is awesome. As for the B450-A Pro. It’s a great entry MB, I used one for my first build and bought a second for my brother to start his. Great quality and no issues with mine a little over a year in. My one gripe would be with there being no onboard usb-c port (should be standard these days) But for a little extra money and a new part you can still utilize usb-c. All in all very satisfied.
