The MSI MEG X570 UNIFY AM4 ATX Motherboard is built on the AMD X570 chipset, supporting second- and third-generation AMD Ryzen processors with an AM4 socket. It has four memory slots for up to 128GB of dual-channel DDR4 RAM, which can be overclocked to up to 5000 MHz and above. For storage, it’s equipped with four SATA III ports and three M.2 slots. Moreover, there are three PCIe 4.0 x16 slots for graphics cards and two PCIe 4.0 x1 slots for other PCI-based hardware. Other integrated features include Realtek RT8125 2.5 GbE, Intel AX200 Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, and Realtek ALC1220 7.1-channel HD audio.

Bought this motherboard for a video editing PC, paired it with a 3950x and 64gb 3200 Mhz RAM and everything is going great. Chipset fan is not loud as well. I went for an all black build and it looked great, no RGB whatsoever.

Maybe this mobo is great per some of the reviews, but this bare board bricked itself during bios update using rear flash. Just power and msi.rom file on a flash drive, also beware that some flash drives work and some don’t, (per msi, they don’t know why), I tried 6 and none worked. The board arrived nicely from B H and was then shipped back to msi on an rma. Not a great use of time (few weeks) or money.

Not many boards have all the headers and connections I needed for my build. This was one of 4 choices that would’ve worked for me and I’m glad I went with this one. Really well laid out design, great looking black scheme, and no issues with the install at all. BIOS is easy to deal with, drivers for everything are easy to find and are up to date. Absolutely wonderful board for the price. Very happy with my purchase from B&H.

This is a great motherboard. UEFI is laid out very well, and all the components are easy to get to. I do wish there was one more USB header for internal USB devices, but otherwise it works great.

This review is unfortunately half baked, because I’m still waiting on my 3700x to arrive so I can actually put the board to use, but my god; THIS THING IS BUILD LIKE A TANK. It extremely tough and quite heavy. If I had to use one word to describe it it would be Overbuilt, but in a totally good way. The all black design is sexy, the components are solid, and everything looks visually to be in order. Shouldn’t have any problems when it goes into my system. I maintain that this is probably the best x570 board you can find if you are going for the stealth look.
