The MuxLab HDMI 1 x 8 Splitter allows you to distribute an HDMI signal to up to eight HDMI displays. Featuring HDMI 1.4 connections, it supports resolutions up to 3840 x 2160 UHD 4K @ 24/25/30 fps, including 1080p @ 60 fps. It supports up to 12-bit color depth per RGB channel, for a total of 36-bit Deep Color. It also supports 3D video and LPCM 7.1Ch audio, Dolby TrueHD audio, and DTS-HD Master Audio.
The splitter is HDCP 1.3 compliant for compatibility with HDCP content protected devices, like Blu-ray players and satellite boxes. All the connections are on the rear panel, and LED indicators on the front panel let you know which are plugged into.

This 1×8 unit I had brought (2) different times & both will not work. MuxLab 1×4 works prefect I have at several churches & no problems, I needed to replace the MuxLab 1×4 to MuxLab 1×8, this is the second time I tried to use the 1×8, & does not work, I installed (2) 1×4 & the system is working.. This high $$ unit does not work like their 1×4, stay away from this item & used the MuxLab 1×4 instead… I installed a very cheap 1×8 (under $50.00) & it works perfect, put the MuxLab 1×8 back in line & no work…went back to the cheap unit & it works prefect. I like MuxLab products & still will purchase but not the 1×8….

We have a system where the video and audio travel down different paths (to projectors and sound systems). The MuxLab appeared to add several frames to the video so that we had to adjust the audio output. It appeared to work fine on the ports where we used the video and audio from the HDMI cable itself.
