This Kingswood(R) Fir tree features the PowerConnect(TM) through-the-pole lighting system that eliminates the need for connecting multiple light strings. Also featured are Dual Color® lights that change from warm white to multicolor with the touch of a button. Included is a foot pedal switch to control 10 different light colors and actions. The bulbs are low-voltage LEDs that are energy-efficient, long lasting and cool to the touch. This three section tree features hinged branches for ease of assembly. Sturdy folding metal tree stand is included.

The tree is beautiful once it is set up. For the first use, it will take some time to splay the branches and set them up. I was prepared to spend about 1.5 – 2 hours, but it took about 30 minutes longer.For my tree, the middle section was the worst. I had to undo most of the lighting and redo it. For some reason the lights were wrapped around the branches to the point where I could not open them up and splay them. That was disappointing and frustrating to say the least.Regarding the PowerConnect feature, I believe the description is misleading. The wording states “through-the-pole lighting system”. I expected not to deal with connections at all except the actual connection to the outlet. However, the strings of light, from each section, are set up in such a way that you have to make the connection to each section by the pole and then the one outlet connection.I am more than happy with the warm white color of the lights. It is not “harsh” or bright. The colored option and patterns are good too. There are a lot of options for people who purchase this tree.Again, this tree is beautiful and I am overall happy with the purchase. I hope this review helps.

This tree was super easy to set up. The part that took the longest was fluffing out each branch, but it looks great! I like having the different options of white, pastel or colored lights and the twinkling option. I wish more of the lights twinkled, but that’s about the only thing I wish was better.
