This North Valley(R) Spruce tree features the PowerConnect(TM) through-the-pole lighting system that eliminates the need for connecting multiple light strings. Also featured are Dual Color® lights that change from warm white to multicolor with the touch of a button. Included is a foot pedal switch to control 10 different light colors and actions. The bulbs are low-voltage LEDs that are energy-efficient, long lasting and cool to the touch. This three section tree features hinged branches for ease of assembly. Sturdy folding metal tree stand is included.

Easy to setup, the power going through the pole means not having to interconnect the strings of lights, and it was very easy to setup.

When setting up this new 9 ft. tree, it took an hour to fan out each branch. The lights were super easy—- just one plug to put into the socket. The push button on the cord allows several different colors. The tree is full and looks just like the photo. I am pleased.

We moved into a new house and decided to buy a new tree. I did some research and found that National Tree Company is a well-regarded brand and has a lot of variety of trees. I looked at a bunch of their trees, and settled on this one due to the LED lights and PowerConnect feature.The LED lights look good and will save on energy costs. I really love the 9 different light settings. I like multi-color, while my wife likes yellow light. So this tree gives us the chance to have both options. Our favorite light setting is one that slowly fades from colored to yellow. A few guests commented on how pretty that setting looks.The PowerConnect was not a must-have feature for me, but it is helpful. Basically it eliminates the need for connecting multiple plugs for each section. There is a single plug for the entire tree. The negatives I see so far: 1) the on/off button and the button for the 9 light settings is the same. I wish they had kept them as separate buttons. 2) If you want to put a lit tree topper on this tree, you will have to buy a special one from this company, as there is no standard plug option.The tree was easy to set up also. Overall, we are happy with this tree and hope it works well for the next decade or so.
