Tree arrived 6 days later than expected but still two days before Christmas and they get a pass because of Covid slowing down all deliveries. The tree was easy to put up and beautiful with all the branches arranged. Watching the video helped a lot. We are very happy with it.

Great purchase. No issues with shipping. Receive it before Halloween and set it up to make sure lights worked. Very realistic tree and full. Takes about an hour to work on branches. Easy set up. We also have a turning stand so you get 360 view of a great tree.

I ordered the tree 12/9 to be delivered 12/28. The tree was back ordered at National Tree, but wasn’t communicated to Home Depot &/or me. Home Depot was pleasant to deal with trying to resolve the problems. I never directly dealt with National Tree. The tree looks better in the picture than in person. We know it has all the parts and lights work.
