This Downswept Douglas tree features Feel Real® branch tip technology, creating a tree with remarkable realism. These crush-resistant branch tips are molded from real tree branches for an authentic living tree appearance. This tree is pre-strung with 1600 Dual Color® lights that change from warm white to multicolor with the touch of a button. The bulbs are low-voltage LEDs that are energy-efficient, long lasting and cool to the touch. Included is a foot pedal switch to control 10 different light colors and actions. I got this tree for our company’s great room (about 30 ft vaulted ceilings) and it is the perfect size! Took about 3 hours for 2-3 people to fluff all the branches. Each branch has additional branches that need fluffing to make it nice and full. Several people have questioned if it’s real!! I could have missed this when purchasing, but we thought we were going to have to anchor this tree ourselves. We didn’t! There are anchors in the stand, so that was a pleasant surprise!One con: the actual item came with a stand that consists of 4 long metal legs that lie flat on the ground, not like the ones pictured. This is where the anchoring wires are, so it makes it very difficult to use a tree skirt. Your almost have to have a seamstress make a custom one to go around the cables.Additionally, there is about 18-24” of clearance underneath the tree. Tree does not sit close to the ground like it shows in the stock photos, so be prepared to have a lot of items to put underneath it!Other than that, this tree turned out beautiful in our great room. Hopefully it lasts for seasons and seasons to come!
