While exactly what I was hoping for, as soon as I took the tree out of the box it became immediately apparent why the tree was $18. That is, one of the branches snapped off as soon as I began to feather out the branches. Pretty disappointing.

sparkles without tinsel. Once branches are extended it is a lovely tree. Drapped it with teal lights (with white wiring), teal glass beads & ornaments and a silver star, Beautiful! It has dropped a few tinsel strands but not enough to matter. Will see how it holds up for next year. May add photo later.
