Disappointed much thinner than expected to reach the 5 foot Mark it you have to really stretch the leaves out and also count the bottom base with it. Just not look like the picture. Upsetting Lucky if two or three palms hit the 5 foot Mark

It’s true to height but it came with some leaves broken so I’m upset about that. I’ve had it for about a week and some parts are turning brown, I don’t know if that’s normal.

The photo you see does not really represent what you get. Is it 5 feet tall? Sure, if you leave the fronds extended all the way up. Once you “shape” the tree to look more realistic, it more like 4 to 4 1/2 feet. The actual fronds are not as fine as in the picture either. Does it serve its purpose? Probably. Will I buy another one I cannot see for myself. No.

They are not 5 ft. Trees maybe 3 1/2 ft. Need to lower the price then it will be worth it.

I purchased this product as a way of helping to divide my husband’s in-home office space with the back of our living room. We already have a nice bamboo divider, and this tree was purchased to help with the transition and the blocking out of his office space. While the tree is ok, it is not 5 feet tall. After opening the package, the branches are in need of bending and shaping. Once all branches were formed into a nice, proper shape, the tree ends up being shorter than my 4-foot bamboo tree. If I was to order again, I would order the 6-foot version.

The Palm is pretty but it’s not 5′ tall, more like 4′ tall.

I was leery at first, wanting to replace my real palm with this artificial one….especially since my hubby has never Liked artificial plants. However, we were both Pleasantly surprised at the end result…..meaning it took a few minutes to spread, bend and twist the fronds. See what you think.

The plant is very good looking but it is not 5 feet. At most, 4 feet. Beware. I had to put it on a box to get it the correct height.
