I bought one of these and agree with the reviewers on size and the pot. I am 5ft 5″ tall and two of the tallest branches are just over my head. The rest are shoulder height. Fullness with the branches in a modified natural look ( they can be bent to shape) is approximately 5feet to include the pot height ( overall height). Not to diminish this plant however. It is very pretty and looks the real deal. I wanted the shorter Palm so I bought this one and two of the 6.5ft Paradise Palms. If you want height, get those. I put a comment on those as well. The pot on this plant IS cheesy. I went to Home Depot and purchased a 12″ ceramic flower pot and lava rocks. I will place the tree pot inside the larger pot and put the lava rock around to fill in the void. This will give the tree the look I want and insured sturdiness. It is going on my covered patio around my spa. The patio is enclosed with outdoor curtains so the tree is not in the elements. I need year round privacy so believe this will work. It’s a good size if you want a medium- tall size Palm tree. About the size of the live ones you can buy at Home Depot.

Just as was in the picture, I’m very satisfied with it. I did have to put it in a pot with rocks so the wind won’t knock it down. But it’s great. I get a lot of compliments on it with it looking so real.

I gave a lot of thought to the plants I bought: I wanted something that had a column or rectangular shape rather than a lollipop shape. And, I wanted something where the leaves would be relatively easy to clean. So, the selection of this plant satistified these and other criteria. Even though this plant still looks artifical, it looks better than any large artifical plant I’ve seen anywhere else. I’m thinking about buying a couple more. Just so you know, the 5.5 ft height is the shipping height. Depending upon how you unfurl the leaves, the height will be somewhere between 4.5 to 5 ft.
