Wonderful unit. Noisy? Well, compared to the el cheapo Chinese crap that’s out there you bet! Definitely worth it. Can’t wait to do jerky. Already did sweet potato treats for my dogs and it only took a couple of hours.

I am disappointed in this product after reading all the pos reviews. Doesn’t dry evenly and burns the top tray of food. Blows hot air out of a top hole in the lid. This design doesn’t make sense to me. Back to the old excalibur. Just 4 the record, I have been doing this 20 years

Dehydration time is very good. I use mainly for making jerky which it does a very good job. The only downside that I have with the Dehydrator is the noise level seems a little high compared to other machines I have used.
