All new, 350-Watt, fixed temperature, top down power head is perfect for the beginner or an experienced jerky maker. Makes great tasting beef jerky or venison jerky! This is a great little dehydrator, I run a 80 liter dehydrator most of the time but I wanted something to fit on the counter. I’ve used it for apples, pineapple and beef jerky and it works great. I plan on getting three more for Christmas gifts for family members.

Dehydration works very well…..makes great jerky…. seasoning packets all have MSG…threw them away but found plenty of recipes online.The jerky gun was broken but manufacturer is sending me a new one.

This dehydrator worked very well, the jerky seasonings are a bit funky. Try different seasonings or make your own recipe.Made both cut meat and ground beef jerky so far and other than the flavor they came out fine. Plan on drying herbs next.

Perfect in making jerky. I made a lot of batches since I’ve purchased it. Never going back to store bought jerky. Just look up recipes online. The only downside is the noise that you have to endure for 6 hours but other than that great product!

I purchased this for my MIL. She has a large persimmon tree in the backyard and she wanted to dry some out to enjoy them year- round. She prepared them according to directions but it took longer than expected to get the results she expected. However she is still enjoying it and said it was much easier to clean than another brand she had in the past. Would buy again.

The product works great. I used sliced top round from the commissary and Jerky was ready in 6 hrs. Also, tried Ground beef with the spices it came with and that turned out great tasting.
