So far I am happy with the dehydrator. It’s worth the money. I reordered the jerky spice & jerky cure packs over a week ago but still haven’t received them yet. I called Nesco and the rep said it will take at least 2 weeks to arrive which ruined my whole Thanksgiving plans. I suggest that whomever wants to reorder the spice & cure packages, order 3-4 weeks in advance. Nesco should do a better job in their shipping department. I would’ve ordered them from some where else if I knew it was going to take that long. There was no indication anywhere that said how long it will take for the packages to arrive. 🙁
