It is amazing how well this food slicer worked. It is small but powerful. If you are planning to slice a large ham, it is going to be difficult due to the small area where the slices come out. But if you are doing salami, sausages or chorizo, it would work great. The adjustment to the thickness is also easy to use and accurate. No great effort in using the product. The cleaning was also easy. Very surprised by the performance for a cost less then 50 dollars

As a hobby, I have enjoyed cooking for many years. And over these years I have come to appreciate how important the electric food slicer is in preparing and presenting the perfect slices of vegetables, cheeses, and especially meats in the proper thicknesses for you, family, and guest. Therefore, when the opportunity to acquire one presented itself I jumped at it. Upon delivery I was pleasantly surprise to see how portable and lightweight the unit is, thus making it easy to store away when not in use. The operating instructions are clear and concise allowing you to become a proficient vegetable, meat, and cheese slicer in minimum time. Over the years I have heard horror stories from store deli employees how difficult it is to keep their commercial meat slicers clean and sanitized. However, I find this home unit easy to disassemble, clean, and reassemble without any issues.

Amazing slicer! I gave to my mother as a gift. She LOVED! She is using for 2 months already. Meet all her expectations. She slices an entire salame very easy. Everybody in my family was impressed with the design and quality of the product. Very easy to use and clean. Need to be careful with the fingers to not be near to the blades as explained in the use and care manual.

Just received today, ran motor & put pressure on safe part of blade- seems to have good torque.price here is $13 less than I paid for it ( Just paid $62).Hope to smoke my bacon this weekend and slice- BUT the range of cut is only 6.5 inches and my slab bacon is 11 inches wide, so I guess I’ll have 5.5″ slices or maybe roll the bacon while warm and slice cold bacon rolls☺. Looks like a nice ,lightweight slicer, I worked in a meat dept years ago so I understand this isn’t a Holbart, but it isn’t $3000 either.Should work for my canadian bacon just fine ( size wise).
