I have been looking for a high quality meat slicer for quite some time. This one is just right. Nice, heavy, high quality blade, Large slicer deck, Everything together, is just what you need in a home kitchen. The slicer has nice little suction cup feet to hold it in place while you work. Take down is fast and easy for quick clean up. The blade is very sharp and the speed of this unit allows you to slice meat just as thin as you can get at the butcher shop. Nice adjustment wheel allows plenty of choices for thickness.

Very SHARP… Be careful with fingers.Finally a meat/anything slicer that is the perfect size for the everyday family.The motor runs at a great speed and is very quiet in use.The slide is a little flexible as it is plastic. So, go slow and do not force itThe orange silicone blade guard (see photo) is a must when not in use.Size and weight make it easy to handle and store away for any sized person.I highly recommend this Great Little kitchen tool !!.

I wasn’t expecting much from this slicer given what it sells for, and I have worked at a deli when I was younger so have experience in using a commercial grade slicer. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Chunks of ham and blocks of cheese get sliced deli style without issue. The real test was dried Italian sausage and soppressata – taking care to go slowly and not press too hard against the blade, the machine gets the job done. I think the serrated blade actually helps cut harder things like dried sausage. Breaking it down for cleaning is quick and easy. I am glad I decided to go with this model.

I thought, “Okay, I’m going to put this through a significant test!” So, I grabbed a frozen roast from the freezer and following instructions to the tee, I went right through that roast like a knife through butter. I’m sure I’ll get some great mileage out of this meat slicer. It runs good, cleans up super easy and made an easy task out of slicing a frozen roast. Good buy … great bargain! I also checked the calibrations for the width or depth of cut and it was right on target. That makes it easy for me to adjust the cut of meat I want. I really like this machine!

Very good machine. The only small issue is that the slide depth guide is not parallel to the blade. I will be trying to make it parallel, hopefully not braking it.Good machine for the price have sliced cheese, meat, and even frozen pork (slowly so as not to stress motor) with no issues.

I received this item to test for Home Depot and am glad I did! I have always wanted a slicer, but they can be quite expensive. This thing works great at a very affordable price point. Not sure this is what you would want of you owned a deli, but is perfect for home use. Great for the leftover turkey and allows you to purchase meat at the bulk stores and slice your own cold cuts.

I’ve just used the meat slicer for the first time and was very pleased with the results. It easily cut through my veggie chicken roll. It seems powerful enough and is simple to use. I like all the different thicknesses I’m able to cut, from about 1/16 of an inch to 1/2 inch, maybe more.
