Eliminate monthly cable modem rental fees with the AC1900 Nighthawk Dual-Band Cable Modem Router from Netgear. This device combines a modem and a router to provide you with both wired and wireless Internet connectivity for your home or office. Setup is simple as it’s equipped with one coaxial port and four Gigabit Ethernet ports for your wired devices. Wireless 802.11b/g/n/ac devices will also be able to connect to this device on the 2.4 or 5 GHz band. Once configured, you’ll be able to achieve speeds of 600 Mbps on the 2.4 GHz connection and 1300 Mbps on the 5 GHz band. These enhanced data rates ensure you can stream HD content, download large files quickly, play online games, and much more. The Nighthawk also provides a wide range of security features, including a customized URL to set up a personal FTP server, separate guest network access, Wi-Fi protected access, double firewall protection, and denial-of-service attack prevention.

What a difference. My 2G speed was increased by 50 mbps. I was hoping to get my 5G faster but this made everything faster and…..no dropped connections. Works with Comcast and Ubiquiti AP’s. Very satisfied with this router.

The nighthawk was super easy to set up and works perfectly. It works great for gaming and streaming movies and shows. The app also has some cool features to see what the internet is like in every room in the house. It provides you the option to have a guest wifi, just like xfinity. I got this so I could stop renting equipment from xfinity and my bill could go down. I’m beyond happy with this product

This router is fantastic and by far the easiest piece of equipment to setup. Before with the standard modem provided by the internet company, i had to have 4 wifi extenders to just get a signal throughout my house. After installing this Netgear router and hardwiring it with a cable leading upstairs, No more lag, low ping, and barely any latency for gaming or streaming. Usually I got around 15-20mbs now I’m pushing 400 to 450mbs. The Nighthawk app was simple to set up and has so far run great with no issues and it’s very easy to monitor your WiFi and all devices connected to it. Overall it was a fantastic buy and I’d highly recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their home WiFi
