Replaced my worthless spectrum modem router with thus and all my problems seem to be solved. TV no longer pauses for download to catch up with Netflix or any other streaming. Very Pleased

So far so good with everything working except some issues with my security cameras. The set up took a lot longer than I thought but mostly because of Xfinity not the actual modem/router.
Unique Metz (verified owner) –
Modem works great, set-up easy and customer service was amazing when I had a question
Luz Ritchie (verified owner) –
So nice to have one central unit. Installation directions clear and easy to follow. Best purchase in a long time!
Paul Kuvalis (verified owner) –
I should have done this long ago – as the Netgear AC1900 modem/router works better than modem provided by the cable service provider
Anita Greenfelder (verified owner) –
I was experiencing slow download speeds and extremely poor service from my rented equipment from my provider, after reviewing this modem router combo I made the decision to change. I installed it myself and never had to contact my internet provider by phone, which to me was a huge plus. I am really pleased with this purchase.

It keeps dropping the wifi even though the service provider has no issues. Happens almost daily. Especially when I use a VPN for work purposes.
Aleen Friesen (verified owner) –
Easy hook up and use. I appreciate not having to pay monthly rent fees and owning my Netgear. Thank you

I love my netgear nighthawk, it’s compatible with my Xfinity services…I work from home and I have to use the Ethernet port to work and the internet and wifi speed is thumbs up with my router…u can’t go wrong investing in one…in the future I plan on getting another one but one with the VoIP so I can get a home phone and fax machine jack to hook up to it…I’m a very happy customer with my router
Consuelo Purdy (verified owner) –
Easy to connect and it was compatible with my Internet/TV provider. No issues at all!

The NetGear was very easy to set up and the cable company was willing to walk us through everything on there end to make a smooth transition to the new equipment and turn in the rental modem
Camille Schulist (verified owner) –
We purchased this product because I was tired of paying to rent a modem from xfinity. This modem is just as good if not better then the router I was renting, it was easy to set up and easy to install.

When got it up and running it works as well or better than xfinty modem

Took me a while to figure out I had to factory reset the silly thing, even tho it was bought new, in order to actually get access to it. That was very weird. It was annoying, but it’s been working quite well otherwise. Fast and gets better coverage than I expected.
