This unit has performed well, but drops or slows the internet connection on occasion. My provider came out and found that the cable had a fault and they replaced it. I do weekly Zoom meetings and I am still getting a message telling me my internet connection is unstable. While this may not be the modem, it is the only unit I have replaced in the last year.

Got the new Netgear Ultra-high speed CM1000 cable modem took about 5 minutes to get all connected with Cox cable and had amazing speeds of uploads and downloads. My download speeds were well over 500MB sec and uploads over 150 MB. An excellent value for the money, and I like I can go in and change the default password, unlike some many other cable modems.
