Working great so far. Took Comcast a little while on the update. But after finding that Win 10 was in the middle of trying to update my laptop and letting it finish, modem was quickly working. Upgraded Service to 600ghz and typically getting 700 at the modem.

While it was working it was great, but now it only shows an amber light on ethernet and all the other lights are off. As I am going to school for IT, I was able to do a great deal of troubleshoot steps myself, but eventually ran out of options. My dad, who is in IT was able to help a bit more, but it did not work. Comcast was not able to help, but ending up swapping the modem out which was the last resort option. Would not recommend, find a modem that will last longer.
