Connected it it’s working with the Xfinity ISP lights are on and the rest of the work is done by the modem all I had to do is plug it in follow some few steps to connected through Xfinity without talking to Xfinity which was a blessing… thank you for making it so easy.

What can I say? I was having issues with what my tv provider gave me so I decided to upgrade to gigablast and with the not so dependable modem/router combo they had to match the gigablast speed, I decided to just purchase my own modem and was angry I didn’t make the purchase sooner. The DOCSIS 3.1 really elevated my internet speed to which everything loaded in a blink of an eye. I can watch tv without the glitches, I can play my games smoothly since it adapts with the gigablast so well and I get to do my work without any interruptions with the signal. The new DOCSIS 3.1 modem is a game changer which supports the speed needed at home and also capable of backward capability. If I decided to downgrade, I don’t need another lower rate modem, the DOCSIS 3.1 can support it as well. I highly recommend not just the product but their customer support is top notch as well.
