I have no complaints. Not that tech smart and the only thing that could have done better is printed information because you are switching out your old modem with a new one and it says to look online. Well if your not online you can’t see the documentation. But what do I know.

Although Xfinity had trouble finding the device the first time I tried activation, the modem has performed well. I chose it because of the DOCSIS 3.1 compatibility but felt that there was no need to support download speeds above 1Gbps at this time.
